For component parts, finished parts (turned parts, milled parts) as well as for semi-finished parts: According to the requirements of our customers we develop, engineer and process the following materials:
PTFE virginal : high grade virgin PTFE
Conductive PTFE / antistatic : discharging, qualified for applications with explosive environment (ATEX)
Modified PTFE (TFM®; TMOH) : advanced and improved PTFE (deformation, flexibility, welding and surface properties)
PTFE FDA approved / FDA conform
PTFE Compounds (e.g. filled with glass or carbon) : PTFE with fillers, by which the material obtains better properties according to its area of application
PFA (Perfluoralkoxy) : properties similar to PTFE, thermoplastical procession possible
